Business Development Coach & Trainer
Melissa Kidd helps firms in professional services to win and keep clients through great communication and experiences. Her background is psychology and communication. She’s been trained by the Plain English Campaign, is a master NLP practitioner and a certified coach. In the legal sector, she's worked alongside firms including Pitmans, Mischon de Reya, Clifford Chance and Michelmores.
